4 chicken breast halves
4 chicken leg quarters
Marinade:
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crushed
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Glaze:
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Place chicken in a shallow non-reactive dish.
Combine marinade ingredients in a jar; shake well to blend. Pour marinade over chicken; cover and let marinate, refrigerated, for at least 6 hours or overnight. Turn chicken occasionally. Drain off chicken , reserving marinade for basting.
Grill chicken over medium coals for 45 to 50 minutes, brushing with the reserved marinade and turning frequently. Combine glaze ingredients and brush on chicken just before taking from grill
