The nice thing about a kebab is that it continues to live long after its maker is gone. Bundu Khan, too, died some years ago but not before he had bequeathed his legacy to us. My father took one bite and said: ‘Call Zola and ask her which Jack-in-the-box her husband goes to. That said it all’it ruined tuna casseroles forever for those of us that like it. Even the dog turned his nose up at it.
