There has been much talk about junk food and it’s relation to acne. Some people contend that when our bodies are healthy, we are less susceptible to acne and other conditions and illnesses.Eating a well balanced diet is part of becoming healthy. Others don’t agree in the least. These folks think that acne is a genetic factor rather than a dietary one. Other people believe you can be acne free in 3 days. Acne is related to the family gene in one way or another so people who develop it do not have much of a choice. This group thinks that stress is a major player in the acne game.

The more stress someone is under, the more likely they will develop this skin condition. Becoming stressed out can lead to acne problems.

The cause of acne is not directly linked to junk food, at least science says so anyways. The other side of the coin doesn’t prove a lot of factual evidence either. So as you see, some people consider the belief that junk food causes acne to be nothing but a myth. It continues to be great fodder for debate.

Not too many people would argue that eating well can produce a good complexion.Eating too much junk food can clog up your system and affect your health. It is best for persons to be on a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of vegetables, fruit, lean proteins, plenty of water (8 glasses a day) and only small amounts of junk food.

When people eat unhealthy foods on a regular basis, their body will show the effects. Sometimes this can cause acne in folks, but for others it doesn’t. In fact, there isn’t a real answer either way. So it is in your best interest to eat healthy and have lots of water.

This lets people develop a great looking complexion without the added need for medicine. If they continue to have acne at least they can rule out junk food as being the cause and work with their doctor to find a successful solution.
