Put several types of food on your plate and make sure that you can see one inch of the rim of the plate when you fill it. It does not have to be difficult to maintain a sensible diet. By eating smaller portions of healthier foods you are able to then enjoy a wide variety of many types of food. If you don’t overindulge, you can enjoy it.

Being on a diet doesn’t mean that you have to deny yourself of any pleasure. It is not something that should be done every night.
